More than 100 children rode out of Warner Robins with a new bicycle Tuesday.
The program which took place outside of Northside High School is the 2nd annual Christmas Eve 100 Bike Giveaway. The bikes are donated new and old and fixed up by brothers Renotto Solomon and Eric Hobes with some help from the "Notorious Ones" bike club.
Bicycles were given out to the first 153 children who got in line.
"It's good to have families come up and be able to get a bike because I think bikes are kind of like the hardest thing to get around Christmas time," said Solomon.
"Some parents you know they're buying all the video games now but we don't see kids like back in the day riding bikes like we used to so that's we want we want to see the kids out and about more," Hobes said.
Solomon says he hopes to grow the event and wants help from the community. You can search for him on Facebook or give him a call at (478)-293-9421.
