STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. (AP) — Two men have been charged in a shooting that killed a 9-month-old boy and injured three women.

DeKalb County police say 36-year-old Marco Watson and 18-year-old Devin Thomas, who are already in jail for unrelated cases, have been charged with murder and aggravated assault charges in the death of Kendarious Edwards.

Authorities say the boy's mother, grandmother and a family friend were also wounded in a home invasion and shooting May 10.

Police have said they believe the incident was retaliation for a prior shooting in early May.

Police say the investigation into the case is ongoing and it's unclear if Watson and Thomas have attorneys.
