VIDETTE, Ga. (AP) — State fire officials say they're investigating a blaze that killed two people in Burke County.

Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner Ralph Hudgens says 19-year-old Quantovian Adams and his 65-year-old uncle, Georgia Powell, were killed in a fire Saturday night in Vidette — about 35 miles southwest of Augusta.

Officials say the men's bodies have been taken to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation crime lab for autopsies.

Investigators say they're unsure of how the fire started.
