Some central Georgia shoppers were turned away Thursday night after a bomb threat.
The incident happened at the Walmart in Perry. WGXA has learned a bomb threat shut the store down and all customers were forced to evacuate.
Walmart Store Management tells WGXA that police searched the premises but no explosives were found. Shoppers were allowed back inside nearly 2 hours after the threat was first received.
