WASHINGTON (AP) — The nation's largest pro-business lobbying group is starting political ads in 10 competitive House races, from Massachusetts to California.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday announced ads to help Republicans keep their House majority. The ads are all positive and address district-specific concerns, such as infrastructure, water policy and immigration.

For instance, the Chamber is buy advertising time in upstate New York for congressman Chris Gibson, noting his work to rebuild roads and bridges. And in California's Central Valley, an ad touts congressman David Valadao's pledge to overhaul the nation's immigration system and to address farmers' worries about water rights.

The Chamber is one of the most potent political groups and already is spending millions on ads to help its chosen candidates.
