DETROIT (AP) — The paintings, sculptures and other classic works in the Detroit Institute of Arts are going to have new neighbors over the next few months. Mickey Mouse, Bart Simpson and Bugs Bunny are coming to town. "Watch Me Move: The Animation Show" opens Sunday. Organizers call it the "most extensive animation show ever mounted." It features well-known clips and a host of lesser-known works that span the past 100-plus years of animation. Visitors will be able to peruse more than 100 animated film segments — nearly 12 hours' worth of footage in all. "Watch Me Move" initially was shown at the Barbican Centre in London. It runs in Detroit through Jan. 5, before heading to the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville, Tenn. ___ Online: http://www.dia.org
