The Houston County Board of Education on Tuesday appointed Dr. Ovedia Dugger-Glover as principal of Hilltop Elementary School.
Dugger-Glover is currently the assistant principal of instruction at Warner Robins Middle School.
“I am delighted to be named principal of Hilltop Elementary School,” Glover said in a statement. “As an educator, I believe that providing positive deposits through quality instruction is essential for student learning. I look forward to working with the best elementary school in Houston County.”
Glover has worked for the Houston County School System for 10 years. She holds a doctorate from Argosy University, specialist and master’s degrees from Troy State University and a bachelor’s from Fort Valley State University.
