Grain futures mostly lower on the CBOT

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures were mostly lower Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for December delivery was 3.75 cents lower at 6.91 a bushel; December corn was 6.25 cents lower at $4.43 a bushel; December oats were unchanged at $3.1750 a bushel; while November soybeans were 2.50 cents lower at 12.94 a bushel. Beef prices higher and pork prices were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was .05 cent higher at $1.3235 a pound; November feeder cattle was .83 cent higher at $1.6630 a pound; December lean hogs were .07 cent lower at $.8780 a pound.
