Grain higher, cattle and pork mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery was 1.50 cents higher at 5.89 a bushel; March corn was 3 cents higher at 4.4625 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $4.4325 a bushel; while March soybeans gained 9.75 cents to 13.26 a bushel.

Beef and pork was mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle was .10 cent higher at $1.3920 a pound; March feeder cattle was .10 cents lower at 1.6682 a pound; April lean hogs loss .60 cent to $.9440 a pound.
