Grain mixed, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures were mixed Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery was up 1.25 cents to $6.605 a bushel; March corn was a penny lower at 4.2525 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $3.255 a bushel; while January soybeans were 5.25 cents higher at 12.815 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle rose .20 cent to $1.3187 a pound; January feeder cattle was .32 cent higher at $1.6272 a pound; February lean hogs were .35 cent higher at $.9025 a pound.
