Grain mostly higher, cattle lower, pork lower

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures were mostly lower Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for December delivery was 1 cents higher at $6.5425 a bushel; December corn was 1.50 cents higher at 4.2275 a bushel; December oats were unchanged at $3.4350 a bushel; while January soybeans was 7.75 cents higher at 12.6275 a bushel. Beef was lower and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle declined .20 cent to $1.3182 a pound; January feeder cattle was .10 cent lower at $1.6545 a pound; December lean hogs were .05 cent lower at $.8730 a pound.
