ATLANTA (AP) — Talib Zanna scored 22 points, James Robinson added 16 and Pittsburgh pulled away in the second half, remaining perfect in the Atlantic Coast Conference with an 81-74 victory over Georgia Tech on Tuesday night. The Panthers trailed 35-32 at halftime but quickly seized control after the break for their sixth straight win.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Michael Frazier II scored a career-high 21 points and Florida handled Georgia 72-50 Tuesday night, setting a school record for consecutive home wins. The undermanned Gators won their 25th straight at the O'Connell Center, topping the previous mark set between March 2006 and November 2007.

ATHENS, Ga. (AP) — Georgia has hired Jeremy Pruitt from Florida State as defensive coordinator only two days after losing Todd Grantham to Louisville. Georgia coach Mark Richt said Tuesday he is "ecstatic" to hire Pruitt, who has coached on three straight national championship teams at Alabama and Florida State.
