The man shot by a Houston County Deputy after a high speed chase nearly one week ago remains in the hospital. 27-year-old Daniel Boghosian was shot twice after deputies say he attempted to ram two patrol cars. According to the Houston County Sheriff's Office, Bogosian faces two counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer. There may be more charges later. They plan to arrest Boghosian once he's released from the hospital. The shooting happened after a 20 minute chase that ended on Moody Road Friday afternoon. 50-year-old Deputy Dean Holtzhouser pulled the trigger. He's on administrative leave while the GBI investigates the shooting, which is standard procedure.
