Houston County Deputy Resigns Following Allegations of Force

A Houston County Deputy has tendered his resignation after being accused of using unnecessary force. The Houston County Sheriff's Office says Sergeant Kenneth Beck resigned after an internal investigation was opened May 17th. Beck was accused after arresting Patrick Asseline on charges of aggravated stalking in the Maulk Circle area of Warner Robins. The investigation has now been forwarded to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
