Macon Woman Shot Early Friday

A Macon woman is shot early Friday morning after refusing to get into a car with four men near Bloomfield Road.

According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, 22-year-old Jamesia Clay was walking to the store on Greenleaf Drive around 5:00 a.m., when four men in a brown Buick stopped and told her to get into the car.  Clay refused and was shot in the leg by one of the men in the vehicle.  She was transported to a local hospital by ambulance for treatment.
