ROSWELL, Ga. (AP) — Police say a fund has been established for the family of a 4-year-old metro Atlanta boy who was killed in a murder-suicide.

Roswell police said Tuesday that the Jesus Alberto Dominguez Rivera fund has been established at Wells Fargo Bank.

Authorities have said the boy was found dead along with this father, Carlos Dominguez, behind an apartment complex after a domestic violence incident last week.

Department spokeswoman Lisa Holland says the boy's mother remains unconscious from the attack and his 5-year-old sister and 10-year-old brother are being cared for by extended family members.

Police said the boy's mother had been severely beaten and may have been choked.
