Central Georgians have been winning big in the Georgia Lottery! A Milledgeville woman is $50-thousand richer after willing a new game called 'Fire & Ice'. Belinda Hill is a mother of three and grandmother of 10 and decided to get a ticket while she was getting gas at the Jet Food Store on S. Wayne Street in Milledgeville. Hill scratched the ticket while sitting in her car in her mother-in-law's driveway. Hill tells WGXA, "I was blowing my horn like crazy. My husband was sitting on the porch. He couldn’t believe it, and I couldn’t either.” Hill says she is buying land to move her mobile home. A winning ticket in Friday's Mega Millions drawing worth $10-thousand was sold in Macon.
