NASCAR driver Kasey Kahne made a pit stop in Macon Tuesday to join in the grand opening of Ollie's Bargain Outlet.
Fans got their pictures taken with Kahne and autographs.
Following the wreck involving Tony Stewart and Kevin Ward Junior on a dirt track, Kahne still said he supports drivers participating in races in other series.
"That's the type of racing we came from. We go back and do it every once in a while. I've always been a big supporter of grass roots racing, Sprint Car Racing. Those are the things I did in the past. I still wish I could race them all the time, but I haven't had many opportunities to in the last couple of years", said Kahne.
Kayne told WGXA he looks forward to upcoming races at Atlanta Motor Speedway and Bristol Motor Speedway.
