Macon Police Public Information Officer Jami Gaudet says a driver who ran into a South Macon hotel early Monday was not cited, though the reason why was not immediately available. Hotel managers at Magnolia Court Hotel say a car drove into their building between midnight and 1 a.m. Monday. The hotel is located at 4739 Houston Road. A police report says the driver lost control of the SUV going through a traffic light, but gives no other insight into how the crash occurred. A passenger of the car was injured and taken to the hospital, but no other injuries were reported.
