Peach Auction Sales Holding Charity Auction

An upcoming classic car auction will also help raise money for a children's charity.  This Saturday Peach Auction Sales is holding what they call a diamonds in the rough auction.

"The purpose of it is to have people who are interested in getting a collectable type car, into the hobby at a lower price. These cars will sell anywhere from $1500 to $10,000 plus. With a lot of the cars selling for less than $5,000." -Richard Stafford/Peach Auction Sales

Among the cars are three vehicles who's total proceeds will go to the Shriner's Hospital for Children.

"David Ragan the NASCAR driver from Unadilla is a big shrine supporter and supporter of the hospitals so we'll have two of David's NASCAR race cars here on display." -Richard Stafford/Peach Auction Sales

There will also be David Ragan merchandise for sale to benefit the Shriners Children's Hospital including autographed body panels from cars he's raced.

Peach Auction Sales on Peavy Road in Byron opens at 8 am Saturday, the auction begins at 10 am....there is a $25 bidder's fee.....regular admission for adults is $10, children 12 and under are free.
