Two Warner Robins teens are behind bars Wednesday afternoon accused of a brutal beating incident at Warner Robins High School during a snowball fight.

According to a news release from the Warner Robins Police Department, 17-year old Shymalik Raekwon Mitchell and 17-year old Terrell Antonio Boyd are in custody in connection with the fight. Mitchell is charged with Aggravated Assault and Boyd is charged with Battery.

Last Thursday, officers at the Warner Robins Police Department responded to a fight in the parking lot of the Warner Robins High School on South Davis Drive.  Police say about 30 people were involved in the snowball fight when some members of the group began jumping on a parked vehicle.  When the owner of the car began asking about damages to the vehicle, he was hit and then several more individuals joined in the fight.  Police say several witness who came to the aid of the victim were also assaulted.

Both Mitchell and Boyd were booked into the Houston County Law Enforcement Center.

Anyone with any information about the fight can contact Detective Justin Clark at 478-302-5384.  Investigators say additional arrests are pending.

Warner Robins High School was closed due to weather when the incident took place.  A picture of the beating went viral on facebook and Twitter.
