Georgia Military College leaders said graduates were critically hurt in an attack that killed Major General Harold J. Greene in Afghanistan, earlier this week.

Class of 2004 Cpt. Aurlbrio Fennell informed GMC that his two classmates, Cpt. Jeremy Haynes and Cpt. Ibrahim Tantawi are in critical but stable condition in Germany.

All three soldiers are graduates of Georgia Military College's Early Commissioning Program.
GMC President, Lieutenant General William B. Caldwell, released this statement:

"We will unite in prayer for our young grads and for their families, as well as for all who were wounded and their families, especially the Greene family".
